Hi, it's Linda P. I'm back. I've been away a long time - just seemed to lose momentum during and after our move - and, ugh, I gained 8 lbs while I was away. I've started in again and have lost enough to be back to where I was when my losses were last posted. I'll start reporting in from here so no need to change my stats right now Stephanie.

In way of an update, I've started on the Cinch! diet and love it plus have increased my exercise since I have so much energy as a result of that diet.

I looked at the list and it seems like many of you that I was on the journey with have done an amazing job with your losses. My heartfelt congratulations. Until next week.........

p.s. I accidently posted in the wrong week (last week) so thought I'd copy it and put my message in the right week.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of you Mom, Stephanie. My heart goes out to you. I'll be saying prayers for you and your family.

We've been going through the cancer battle with my Mom too. Rick & I just got back from a trip to Colorado to see her while there's still time. It's so hard to see our loved ones suffer.
