Well, I haven't posted in a few weeks because I haven't been losing anything; I had gained over 7 pounds back. But I've lost a pound since my highest regain point, so I'm on the right track again. All that to say I'm at 28.6 pounds total lost right now.

I printed out an internet coupon for a free week at Curves and went 3 times last week. I think I need the structure and I really liked it, so I signed up. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!

I've not posted on this topic for awhile, either. I had lost 10 lbs. and then regained nearly all of it while traveling to Florida and other points south for nearly a month late in January. Since then, I've re-lost that 10 and am still losing, so I'm happy about that. I have gotten a nice, new pedal bike (that you use sitting in a chair) and it has good resistances available and also keeps track of how many calories you are burning. I sit and read while doing it, so it's working out very nicely!
