Mom sick again!
Suzanne, my mom, is sick again. She has COPD and once again she has pneumonia. She gets pneumonia about 3 times a winter. This is the earliest in the season that she has been sick. She is in good spirits. I brought her books from the library and charm packs to work on some yoyos for me. I will be making another yoyo quilt, this one for me.

Me and mom. Can you tell they just gave her some pain medication? She is starting to get sleepy. Time for me to leave! Hope all is well with everyone. Thank for your visits and hope everyone has a great weekend.

That is wonderful that you are having her help you out. Time in the hospital can drag by.
Have you thought about having her work on a grandmother's flower garden? It is a perfect 'hand' project. I know most people use paper templates but I love the plastic templates.

My mom just found out she now has cancer in her lymph glands (two in her neck and some by her aorta-6 years, 4 go arounds with Stage IV ovarian cancer) and my sister in law's mother just had surgery to remove 2 liters of fluid from around her lungs. She's had liver cancer twice and her ca125 is elevated again.
Hold onto your mom today! Love her, hug her, tell her how much you love her!
